Refund policy

If Repile isn't right for you, you can get your money back on your first payment. After that you can cancel any time, with no long contract.

First payment: 14-day money-back

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. No questions asked. We then switch off your server.

After that

Monthly payments after the first are not refunded. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the month you already paid for, and it won't renew.

When we refund anyway

• You were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
• Repile was down for most of a billing month because of a problem on our side.
• We end your account without you breaking our terms. You get back the unused part of the month.

Early bird price

A refund or cancellation ends the subscription, and the $99 early bird price goes with it. The spot is not given back, and a new subscription later is $149 a month.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you paid with. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Polar, our merchant of record, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days.

Use the billing link in your Polar receipt, or email us and we'll cancel for you.
