Repile

Terms of service

Last updated September 28, 2026

These terms cover your use of Repile, the AI technical support service at repile.app. By subscribing or using Repile you agree to them. If you use Repile for a company, you agree for that company.

1. Who we are

Repile is run by Riza Ardiyanto ("Repile", "we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What Repile does

Repile reads support tickets from the helpdesks you connect (FreeScout, Help Scout and WordPress.org forums), copies the customer's site into a private sandbox, tries to reproduce the problem, reads the code you give it access to, and writes an internal note and a reply draft. A person on your team decides what to send. Repile never emails your customers by itself.

Each customer gets a private Repile server with its own address. Your plan includes a SandyWP Plus plan for the test sites.

3. Your AI subscription

Repile runs on your own Claude or Codex subscription. You sign in to that service yourself, and your use of it is governed by the terms of Anthropic or OpenAI. AI usage is billed by them, not by us. If your AI subscription stops working or runs out of usage, Repile stops working on tickets until it is restored.

4. Accounts

5. Plans and billing

Repile costs $149 a month. The first 10 customers get an early bird price of $99 a month, which stays the same for as long as that subscription stays active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the regular price applies.

Payments are handled by Polar (polar.sh), which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Polar charges your card, collects any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipts. Your subscription renews every month until you cancel.

We may change the regular price with at least 30 days' notice by email. The change applies from your next renewal after the notice period. Early bird subscriptions keep their price.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the billing link in your Polar receipt. Your server stays on until the end of the month you paid for, then we switch it off. Refunds are covered in our Refund policy.

7. Your data

You own your tickets, code, instructions and everything else you put into Repile. You give us permission to process it only to run Repile for you. Your customers' personal data in tickets and site copies is processed on your behalf. How we handle data is described in our Privacy policy.

You confirm that you have the right to give Repile access to the helpdesks, repositories and customer sites you connect.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Repile to:

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. We will tell you why unless the law stops us.

9. AI output

Repile's notes, drafts and fixes are written by AI and can be wrong. Check them before you send a reply, change a customer's site or ship code. You are responsible for what your team sends and deploys.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Repile running, but we don't promise it will be available without interruption. We may change or improve features. If we remove something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.

11. Liability

Repile is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Repile at any time by cancelling. We can end your account with 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously break these terms. When your account ends, we delete your server and its data as described in the Privacy policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Repile after that means you accept the new terms.
